Supporting Indigenous Labour Force Recruiting
TALENT RECRUITMENT - NUNAVUT AND BEYOND!
Our team consists of human resources professionals, and we are engaged by a variety of clients to assist them in workforce recruitment, as well as in the full range of general human resources support, such as performance management, coaching, workplace investigations, risk assessments, policy and procedure writing, return to work, or workplace health and safety and disability management, and medical investigations for employers and employees.
David McAdams, CHRP, and coach, has led significant recruitment initiatives and creative approaches as the Human Resources Director for Inuit-based organizations and businesses in Nunavut, as well as First Nations band councils and Indigenous NGOs across Canada.
Our comprehensive team, including Helen Roos, David McAdams, Tyler Kanayuk-Gabriel, and Dakota Roos-Adams, consists of human resources specialists, and we are also supported in Inuktitut translation or customer assistance through the longstanding contractual support of Pitsulala Lyta (Kimmirut/Iqaluit) and Deborah Tagornak (Repulse Bay/Ottawa). Our entire team brings direct life and work experience to Iqaluit and Nunavut since 1999. Tyler, Pitsulala, and Deb are also beneficiaries of Nunavut.
Therefore, we are engaged by many different clients for Indigenous talent recruitment, and we are always ready to see how we can assist you!
